Ladies

Last weekend we took a trip to Dearborn MI to visit a high school friend, Sheila Beatty.  Sheila and I haven’t seen each other in a couple of years (since our REO Speedwagon concert). It was so nice to visit her and her family-husband Jason, and daughters Georgia and Elanor. It always amazes me how each and every time we are together we can just talk and talk and talk. It almost feels like no time at all has passed; even if it has been two years since we last saw each other. I love that! I love that we can just pick up where we left off.
I wonder if this will be what heaven will be like. It will feel as though no time at all has passed since we last saw our loved ones. I can hardly wait! It’s going to be so fun to be reunited with those we have loved and we haven’t seen in a long time. I am truly looking forward to this!
